One of the highlights of Boomweek and a firm team favourite is the International Cuisine Lunch. We had everything from paella, Greek salad, zucchini slice and chicken wings with chilli sauce to pumpkin pie, lamingtons and almond shortbread. Delicious! If only our everyday lunches were so inspired.
Oh and the stackhats? Boomweek isn’t really that dangerous but our lunch day also happened to coincide with ‘Hat Day’. Maybe we should call it the ‘International Cuisine Mad Hatters Lunch’.
